Terra Bella Land Design is a design/build company
that conceives and produces successful exterior spaces.
We offer landscape design services that range from concept to completion and believe that the collaboration between designer and client is the best path to finding the ideal solution for common and unusual property issues.

Our principal and lead designer, Susan Oakley APLD,
is a certified member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD), a graduate of the New York Botanical Garden, and holds a BFA in Graphic Design.
In addition to creating outstanding outdoor spaces, she is the Landscape Design Consultant for the Village of Mamaroneck Planning Board providing reviews of landscape plans proposed for development. Susan is also co-founder of the Village of Mamaroneck Tree Committee whose purpose is to set standards for the proper planting of new trees and to maintain the health of existing trees along streets and in other public areas.

Our professionalism, blended with the demands of real world experience, give us a keen eye for understanding and
appreciating good landscape practice. It is this proficiency in design, in-depth horticultural knowledge, customer service,
and strong communication and presentation skills that sets Terra Bella Land Design apart from its competition.
